Why the need to register?

• Continued Funding - SciTrain is funded through a grant from the National Science Foundation. Continued funding depends partly on the number of people who visit our site and find our information useful. Login helps us keep track of the number of SciTrain users.
• Spam Prevention - In addition, the site contains feedback forms which allow users like you to make suggestions, comments, or ask questions. The login helps prevent spammers from misusing these forms.
